New BUSD Student Registration Information

In order to enroll your child to start the Harvest Grove Virtual Academy, we will need you to enroll with the Brentwood Union School District first, by completing the enrollment process.  

For those students coming from OUTSIDE THE DISTRICT, please go to your current district to obtain a signed approved Inter-District Transfer Form to come to Harvest Grove.

You will need to:

• Inter-District Transfer Form (if applicable)  PLEASE CLICK HERE TO REVIEW THIS PROCESS  All requests are subject to review and not a guarantee of approval.

• 2 Proofs of Residency. (Please click on the POR document below for acceptable proofs) (N/A for those with an Approved Inter-District Transfer)

• Copy of Current Immunization Records

• Copy of Birth Certificate

• Photo ID or another acceptable type of Identification (Please click on POR below for options)

• If your child has an IEP or 504 Plan, please provide a copy of this report(s). 

For the Harvest Grove Virtual Academy, you will also need to fill out the Independent Study Enrollment Form.  Click on the link below, fill out and submit.   

(PLEASE DO NOT PUT ANY DATES AS THEY NEED TO REFLECT WHEN THE STUDENT STARTS, THIS INCLUDES THE SIGNATURE DATE)

(If you are new to BUSD you do not need to fill out the Intra Transfer Form. This is only for current BUSD students.) 

Once new enrollment is completed the next steps are as follows:

1. Welcome Letter emailed with the student's First Date of Program, Teacher Assignment, Teacher Zoom, Class Schedule Links, and Onboarding Information to be viewed. 

2. You will also get correspondence from your student's teachers, introducing themselves and providing any additional class information and a date and time for their Onboarding Session. 

3. Please contact the Harvest Grove office if you need to borrow a Chromebook for the Program
